Attorney Rheena Gayle R. Eguia is a multi-specialty lawyer and Notary Public based in Iloilo City who handles legal concerns of clients in various fields such as Intellectual Property, Business and Corporate Registration, Family Law, Wills and Succession, Estate Settlement, Annulment of Marriage, Change of Name, Real Estate, and Criminal Cases, among others.

She received specialized Trademark training from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines and learned first-hand from trademark examiners in ensuring the successful registration of trademarks, responding to office actions, and handling infringement cases.

Although based in Iloilo City, she frequently travels to Manila, Cebu, General Santos, Capiz, Roxas, Aklan, and other parts of the Philippines to attend court hearings and other official businesses for clients.

She is part of an all service law firm Jalbuna, Cataluña & Nuñez Law Co. and renders freelance work in Upwork.

Before being a lawyer, Attorney Gayle used to be a Marketing Professional. She is a member of MarkProf Foundation Inc., a prestigious organization for Young Marketing Leaders all over the Philippines and earned her MarkProf badge after finishing the MarkProf Bootcamp where she was mentored by the country's most renowned marketing practitioners and industry experts. She worked as Marketing Officer for Power Mac Center, the leading Apple reseller in the Philippines and managed its loyalty program and new businesses. 

👩🏻‍🎓 EDUCATION

Attorney Gayle earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of San Carlos - College of Law in Cebu City, the top performing law school outside Metro Manila with more than 100 bar takers. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the University of the Philippines Visayas - College of Management in Iloilo City. During her college years, she was an active debater, representing the Philippines in an Eco-Debate Competition with ASEAN countries. She participated in numerous debate tournaments at the national, regional, and local levels. Additionally, she competed in and won various national and regional business competitions.

After obtaining her Juris Doctor degree, she successfully passed the November 2022 Bar Examinations on her first attempt. She later served as a Proctor for the 2023 Bar Examinations and as a Head Proctor for the 2024 Bar Examinations.
